Certain disabled obligors exempt from child support enforcement.

The trial ct. properly refused to apply the five percent rule at FC §5246(d)(3) to H's support arrears payments where he did not present sufficient documentation that he had less than $2K of sellable assets.

FC §4504(b) permits retroactive child support credit from an SSDI lump-sum payment where there is no child support arrearage.

Disabled obligor who provides proof of eligibility for and/or receipt of SSDI payments is exempt from c/s levy under FC 17450 et seq.
