Uninsured health care costs shall be a child support add-on.

Fam. Code §4062 and §4063 are irrelevant where the parties stipulated to split uncovered medical expenses.

Duty to notify paying parent that uninsured health costs have been incurred not triggered until there is an order for payment.

If parents' income not disparate, court has discretion to determine whether to order child care and uninsured medical costs shared equally or in proportion to net disposable income.
