Trial ct. did not err by finding H's maintenance of life insurance policy on ex-W disturbed her peace, and was a form of abuse under the DVPA; no error in directing him to change the beneficiary to charity of her choice.
A decision to move out of a shared property to escape further abuse and stalking amidst filing a DVRO request does not bar a trial ct. from awarding a protected party temporary use, control, and possession of a property as part of a DVRO.
