A tribal customary adoption order can be modified after it has been given full faith and credit by the juvenile court, and full faith and credit may be given to the new order.

FF&C provision of ICWA does not require state court to apply tribe's law in violation of state's own legitimate policy nor empower tribe to control outcome of state court proceedings.
