Decree under UCCJA is binding and of res judicata effect as to all parties. [Repealed.]

Out-of-state decree under UCCJA enforceable in this state and of same effect as decree of this state. [Repealed.]

Custody decrees of other states may be filed and enforced in Cal. [Repealed.]

PKPA and full faith and credit clauses do not permit state to prevent extradition of local resident charged with kidnap of his children.
