A party who qualifies for a fee waiver is entitled to a waiver of the fee for a court reporter, upon request.

Where the trial ct. failed to make an official reporter available at trial to an indigent pro se plaintiff who qualified for fee waivers, adverse judgment was reversed and a new trial with a free of charge reporter was ordered.
